The metre in this song is constantly changing. While in general you could classify the song as being in 12/8 time, at many points the drums and strumming suggest 6/8, 3/4 or 6/4 within the 12/8.
The chorus of this song is difficult to reproduce without a bass player . The guitars play the same "F riff" as in the Intro, but this time the bass is playing a "D" underneath them. So in effect it becomes more of a "D minor riff." Unfortunately I can't find a reasonable way to approximate this on a single guitar, so if you're playing alone, you'll just have to imagine that "D" underneath you for now.
