In terms of structure this is one of Neil's simpler songs. There are really only three sections: the intro, the verse and the chorus, which are repeated more or less exactly each time (the first "chorus" has different lyrics than the ones that follow, but the chords are the same). The instrumental break uses the verse chords, and the outro really just ad libs on the beginning of the chorus.
