Here you should barre all the normal major/minor chords (they're defined at the bottom) except for E, which is open. This song reminds me of "Try Whistling This," in that its chord progressions are very chromatic, but somehow the key is never in question.
In the chorus, the "A" chord is heavily implied, but I don't think the boys actually play it; Nick doesn't play an A, in any case. Still, if playing this as a solo piece it fleshes things out a bit, and certainly doesn't break any rules.
I think there's some clever mixing going on with the "B" chords in the chorus (and perhaps elsewhere); there seems to be a really veiled 7th note in there somewhere, so that you mostly hear a plain B but feel a B7. Maybe it sounds crazy, but I've learned that mixing engineers have many such tricks up their sleeves. It makes sense, though; B7 plays the dominant to the following E chord, and it sounds nice on solo guitar, in the choruses at least.
For me this is the most uniquely "Finn-ish" song on the album, and one of the best tracks.
