I used the reunion webcast and Thekla Social shows as the basis for this transcription. The D-pattern used for the intro continues into the verses. Note that the D/F# chord in the intro is different than the one in the chorus.
It's easily possible for this song to be played in standard tuning with a capo on the first fret, but the solo acoustic break near the end is not possible without down-tuning. Rather than notate a whole tab for a fairly simple riff, at the end you'll see A-Asus-A-Asus2. This is just a basic A shape with some movement on the B-string--assuming you've heard the song, it should easily make sense once you see the chord definitions.
