On the original recording of this song, Neil uses the G5 chord for the first half (after that the arrangement effectively makes it a full G chord). When playing this solo, however, a solid G might make more sense.
Neil has played the first chord of the bridge (at least) two different ways: as Bb and as Gm/Bb. The Gm/Bb is probably easier to play for most and makes an easy transition from the chord before (G/B), but Bb is a better reflection of the original arrangement. Either way, both chords work.
